יקב רמת הגולן ידוע באיכות היינות, בחזית הטכנולוגיה החדשנית ובפיתוח זנים חדשים.
למעשה, פעילותu שינתה את תפיסת העולם של הצרכן הישראלי, והיוותה נדבך חשוב בפיתוח תרבות היין בישראל.
יינות היקב משווקים תחת ארבעה מותגים מובילים: “ירדן“, “גמלא", "הר חרמון" ו“גולן“.
באיזור רמת הגולן בו גדלים כרמי היקב, מתקיימים התנאים האופטימאליים לגידול ענבים ליינות איכות ברמה בינלאומית.
כאן ברמת הגולן, בחבל ארץ מרהיב זה, הכל מתחיל בשילוב תנאים אלו: אדמת בזלת געשית, גובה פני הקרקע ואקלים קר. כל אלה מעניקים לאזור ייחודי זה את שמו השני: "ארץ היין".
שנת יסוד היקב: 1983בעלים: 4 קיבוצים: אל רום, אורטל, עין זיוון וגשור ו-4 מושבים: רמת מגשימים, יונתן, אלוני הבשן, רמות נפתלי.
חברות בת: ירדן Inc, יקב הרי גליל, מבשלת הגולן.מותגים: ירדן, גמלא, הר חרמון וגולן.יצוא: 30% מהיצור מופנה ליצוא לכ- 32 מדינות בארה"ב, אירופה אפריקה, אוסטרליה והמזרח הרחוק.
עוד בתחילת הדרך, זכו יינות היקב בעשרות מדליות זהב וגביעים יוקרתיים בתחרויות בינלאומיות חשובות. אלה הציבו את ישראל על מפת היין העולמית, בראשונה מאז הישגם ההסטורי של יינות ישראלים בתערוכה הבינלאומית של 1900 בפאריס.
